Applicant proposes to construct two family dwelling on each of the lots.

 Applicant proposes to demolish existing house and construct a new house on a pre-existing non-conforming lot creating a front yard setback on Westminster of 46 feet where 60 feet is required and creating a front yard setback on Overlook Road of 46.4 feet where 60 feet is required and creating a side yard setback of 15 feet where 30 feet is required. Applicant will also seek a variance for expansion of a non-conforming structure.

 Applicant proposes construction of a second story addition creating a left side yard setback of 17.4 feet where 20 feet is required. Applicant also seeks a variance for expansion of a non-conforming structure.
