If you are a Morris Township resident applying for a temporary handicap placard please follow the steps below.
Keep in mind you may not apply for a temporary handicap placard while you are in the process of applying for a permanent handicap placard.
How to Apply
Please follow the steps below in order to apply:
- Obtain a temporary handicap form. Find the form here or visit the Records Bureau at Police Headquarters.
- Have your prescribing physician fill out the form
- Return to the Morris Township Records Bureau with the completed form and a check or money order in the amount of $4 made payable to NJ Motor Vehicle Commission, we do not accept cash or credit cards
