How to Apply
The Morris Township Records Bureau possesses the paperwork our residents need in order to apply for a temporary handicap placard. If you are a Morris Township resident applying for a temporary handicap placard you must respond to the Morris Township Records Bureau during normal business hours. You may not apply for a temporary handicap placard while you are in the process of applying for a permanent handicap placard.
Please follow the steps below in order to apply:
- Respond to Morris Township Records Bureau to pick up a form (located within police headquarters)
- Have your prescribing physician fill out the form
- Return to the Morris Township Records Bureau with the completed form and a check or money order in the amount of $4 made payable to NJ Motor Vehicle Commission, we do not accept cash or credit cards
