Morris Township Police Department under the direction of the NJ Attorney General's 2018-6 Immigration Trust Directive and in accordance with the Morris County Prosecutor's Office Directive, offer the services of an application for a T-Visa and U-Visa for people who are victims of certain offenses and require temporary visas. A brief description of each Visa and the forms are below. The
"T" Visa
Applications for "T" Visa certifications are available to persons who are victims of a sever form of trafficking in persons and are requesting temporary immigration benefits.
"U" Visa
Applications for "U" Visa certifications are available to persons who are victims of an enumerated crime(s) and are requesting temporary temporary immigration benefits. A list of the crimes that qualify for this a "U" Visa can be found on the below-listed form.
