NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION 06-26

The ordinance published herewith was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Governing Body of the Township of Morris, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey (the “Township”), held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 (in person and via ZOOM). After a public hearing and final consideration by the Mayor and Township Committee, the ordinance was adopted at a special meeting held on Monday, March 9, 2026 (in person and via ZOOM).

ORDINANCE NO. 06-26

 AMENDING CHAPTER 95, ZONING, OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MORRIS BY ADDING THE TH-15/AH ZONE, AND ADOPTING ASSOCIATED REGULATIONS, 300 MADISON AVENUE, Block 8601, Lot 4
