PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Morris held its regular meeting on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Convent Station, New Jersey, and took the following action:
PB-14-25, Morris School District, Block 901, Lot 3, 10 Jane Way, OSGU zone. Adopted a formal resolution of recommendations, memorializing the action taken by the Board at the January 12, 2026, meeting.
PB-15-25, Morristown Motors, Inc., Block 10104, Lots 6 & 7, 169 and 171 Ridgedale Avenue, I-21 Industrial zone. Adopted formal resolution of approval memorializing the action taken by the Board at the January 12, 2026, meeting.
PB-08-25, Mark & Lynn Piccolo, Minor Subdivision/Variance, Block 3501, Lot 6, 35 Schoolhouse Lane, RA-130 zone. Public hearing held and carried. Application carried to the March 16, 2026, Board meeting without further notice.
PB-10-25, Nielson Ford of Morristown, Block 10201, Lots 5, 9, 11, & 12, 170 Ridgedale Avenue, I-21 Industrial zone. Public hearing held and carried. Application carried to the March 16, 2026, Board meeting without further notice.
PB-16-25, Morris County Sheriff’s Dept, Block 1901, Lot 1, 540 W. Hanover Avenue, OS-GU zone. The applicant was granted a courtesy approval for the construction of a new K-9 facility with associated dog runs, parking, lighting, and related improvements.
All maps and exhibits related to these matters and submitted as part of these applications are deemed to be public record and may be inspected in the office of the Planning Board, Engineering Department, located at 50 Woodland Avenue, Convent Station, NJ, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
