NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that the Township Committee of the Township of Morris has added a closed session to their special meeting scheduled for Monday, February 27, 2023. Subject matter of the closed session will be Litigation – FSHC vs Morris Township, with no action upon return to open session for said closed session subject matter. Closed session will be held at 5:30 P.M., with the special meeting for the public hearing on the Green Acres Park Development Grant Application beginning at 6:00 P.M. Action may be taken on the Green Acres Park Development Grant Application upon conclusion of the public hearing. Said meeting will be held in-person (with an option to join virtually), at the Municipal Building, located at 50 Woodland Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960.
