MORRIS TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13, the Planning Board of Morris Township (the "Planning Board") will conduct a Public Hearing (the "Hearing") for purposes of adopting a Housing Element and Fair Share Plan. This Hearing will take place on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Morristown, New Jersey 07960. Any interested party may attend this Hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard. The Planning Board is expected to take action on the Proposed Housing Element and Fair Share Plan at the conclusion of the Hearing. Copies of the Proposed Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and other supporting documents, are on file with the office of the Planning Board in the Engineering Department located at 50 Woodland Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960 and will be available for public inspection during normal business hours Monday through Friday, at least ten (10) days before the date of the Hearing.
