The Township of Morris’ Department of Public Works will commence process of cleaning up the debris left behind by Tropical Storm Isaias on Monday August 17, 2020.

Before placing any material along the curb line we request that residents and contractors follow the Acceptable Materials and Guidelines.

Acceptable Materials and Guidelines for Curbside Placement:

  • All materials must be placed along the curb line and not in the street.
  • Leaves, brush, and tree parts only may be combined in a pile together.
  • Brush and tree parts six inches in diameter and smaller must be placed in a pile separate from other materials.  The length should measure no longer than six feet long.

Unacceptable Materials:

  • Tree Parts & Tree Trunks Larger than Six (6) Inches in Diameter
  • Grass, Tree Stumps, Logs and Dirt

It is our objective to provide our residents with the level of service they are accustomed to receiving.  The Department of Public Works requests that all residents cooperate so we may effectively remove the debris.
