The Morris Township Health Department licenses and inspects retail food establishments within the Township. This also includes mobile vendors, schools, firehouses, places of worship and temporary food establishments that store, serve or prepare food for the public. The Health Department also reviews and approves plans for all new or renovated retail food establishments. The Health Department also investigates food related complaints.
