Birth certificates are filed with the Registrar of Vital Statistics in the town where the birth occurred.
Certified copies are $25 for the first copy and $5 per each additional copy, effective July, 2015
One photo ID or two other forms of ID must be presented upon request.

To request certified copies by mail, please mail the appropriate fee (check made payable to "Township of Morris"), along with the name of either applicants; date of marriage; a copy of photo ID for applicants; and the address to which the copy should be mailed. Certified copies are mailed the day your request is received.
