Deadline for Submission: November 7, 2025
To be accepted for filing, your application must be delivered in person to the Township Clerk’s Office by the above date with the following:
1. Application Format
- Submit one (1) original and one (1) paper copy of the full application.
- Submit one (1) digital copy on a flash drive.
- Place all materials in a sealed envelope.
- The envelope must be clearly marked: “Township of Morris Cannabis License Application” and must include the applicant’s name and address.
- Do not use plastic covers, sheets or binders.
2. Application Fee- Non-Refundable
- Include a check made payable to “Township of Morris”.
- Amount $5000.00- Non-Refundable
3. Delivery
- Applicants are responsible for ensuring delivery of a complete application to the Township Clerk.
- Incomplete applications (missing documents or fee) will not be processed.
4. After Submission
- The Township will notify you once your application has been reviewed for completeness.
- Only completed applications will move forward for review beginning on or after November 21, 2025.
- All applications are considered public records under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), subject to applicable exceptions.
