We are proud to offer Virtual Yoga starting the week of April 6th. Mondays at 11:00 AM and Thursdays at 4:30 PM. Virtual Yoga will run until the "Stay at Home" order is lifted.We are offering this at no fee, but ask that you register on Community Pass/ Morris Township.Once registered you will be emailed access for the Zoom class.
The goal of the Township of Morris Parks and Recreation Department is to provide recreation and leisure opportunities for Township residents of all ages. The Township is proud to offer a wide variety of recreational programs and park facilities for the entire community.
Registration and General Information
Township of Morris Residents have first preference in registration.
All participants must register through the Parks & Recreation Office or On-Line at Community Pass/ Morris Township. No registration will be taken at program sites.
Registration is limited in some programs and is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Programs will be cancelled if there are insufficient registrations. Unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or school programs, may cause program changes.
Please note that e-mails will be sent when programs are cancelled due to unexpected school closings and inclement weather.
Fees for programs will not be pro-rated for late registrations. Once a program begins, there are no refunds.
Payment may be made by check (payable to the Township of Morris Parks & Recreation Department) and sent or hand delivered to 50 Woodland Avenue, P.O. Box 7603, Convent Station, NJ 07961-7603.
In person Cash payments must be in the correct amount only. Please do not mail cash.
Your cancelled check will be your receipt. Once your registration is entered into the Township's system, you will receive confirmation e-mail. Confirmations and receipts are dependent on an e-mail address.
When registering on-line you must have an account in Community Pass. Please do not duplicate an account and use the family last name. If you forget your password, please call the Parks & Recreation Office at 973-326-7371. Your account number will then be sent to you and you will need to create a new password.
All fees must be paid at the time of registration and prior to the class start time.
Refunds/credit will be given if the Parks & Recreation Department cancels a program.
Requests for refunds must be written and received 5 days prior to the program start date.
No refunds of registration fees will be given once the program begins.

On Wed, Nov 29, the Morris Twp Health Dept. received notification that a resident was bitten by a raccoon on Harter Rd. The raccoon was rush transported to the NJ Dept. of Health Lab for Rabies testing. The raccoon has tested + for the Rabies virus. Additional Info...
