Park and Facility Reservations

Many of Morris Township's parks and facilities are available for reservation by sports organizations, corporations, educational institutions, non-profit groups and individual residents. Preference is given to organizations that serve recreational, educational and or cultural services to Morris Township residents, or are corporations or institutions based within Morris Township.

. All groups of 15 or more persons desiring to use an outdoor facility or athletic field maintained by the Township of Morris must file a formal application online on CommunityPass here-Field Reservation application.  

    • You must create a CommunityPass account
    • Log in and select Facility Permit Applications
    • All documentation requested can be uploaded through CommunityPass

In addition to the completed and signed application form, the applicant must also provide a Certificate of Insurance addressed to the Township of Morris in the minimum coverage amount of $1,000,000 naming the Township of Morris as additional insured, plus a signed Hold Harmless agreement. Fees for reserved group use are set by Township Ordinance. Please contact the Department of Parks and Recreation for details.
