Morris Township has a variety of educational, inspirational, and fun activities. These enhance one’s perspective through learning, listening, performing, or volunteering. Membership in our Senior Club provides social contact with members and stimulating presentations.
If you are 60 years or older, you are eligible to join our Senior Citizens Club, which allows senior residents of the Township to establish great, lasting friends.
Morris Township Recreation Senior Activities
The Department of Parks and Recreation sponsors a wide variety of recreational activities for residents age 60 and above.
Community adult schools feature daytime and evening lecture series, some virtual, about Art, History, Current Events, Economy, Music Appreciation, Sports, Trips and Tours, and many more. Local libraries stimulate individual learning through digital and physical collections, presentations, and trips.
Performing Art venues perform classical to modern music, dance routines, contemporary plays, and presentations.
Volunteering brings fun and fulfillment to our life. Volunteers contribute their time and effort to support their communities. As a volunteer, you are the connection between people and service providers. Support organizations need your help.
