PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Morris held its regular meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Convent Station, New Jersey, and took the following action: 

PB-08-25, Mark & Lynn Piccolo, Block 3501, Lot 6, 35 Schoolhouse Lane, RA-130 zone. Minor Subdivision/Variance.  Application carried to the April 20, 2026 Board meeting without further notice.

PB-10-25, Nielson Ford of Morristown, Block 10201, Lots 5, 9, 11, & 12, 170 Ridgedale Avenue, I-21 Industrial zone.  Amended Site Plan.  A public hearing was held and closed. The applicant was granted an amended site plan approval with conditions related to landscaping. The Board attorney is authorized to prepare a resolution to be presented at the next Board meeting.
