  • Morris Minute Men is an all-volunteer EMS organization proudly serving Morris Plains and Morris Township consisting of active emergency responders and state-certified EMTs.
• Vacant Home Check
  • The Morris Township Police Department offers a service to our residents for when you will be on a vacation or away for an extended period of time. Once registered, your information will be distributed to our patrols and they will conduct random checks of your home.

  • The Fire Department will provide a free consultation for detector placement in Township residences. Residents who have purchased a detector can request assistance in installing it free of charge.  Fixed income and lower income residents may be eligible for free detectors.

  • The Emergency Evacuation Assistance Program tries to identify a family member that may need extra help in getting out of their home during fire emergencies.

  • The Knox Box contains the key to the home and any information required to reset the fire alarm system only. Knox Boxes are available in different sizes, colors, and also have the capability of being connected to your burglar alarm system.
