The Township of Morris Municipal Court is a legislatively empowered court of limited jurisdiction deriving its Judicial Powers from the State Constitution and administered under the authority of the NJ State Supreme Court.

The Municipal Court meets for seven sessions each month. For specific calendar dates, see the Township Calendar.

Payment for violations can be made by check, cash, or money order ONLY. Some violations can be paid with credit card via the Internet at New Jersey Municipal Courts Direct.
