Adult Health Blood (SMAC) Screening

• Advance registration is required. Please phone the Health Department at 973-326-7390 to register
• The screening features SMAC blood analysis including tests of cholesterol, HDL, LDL, glucose, CBC and 20 other tests. A 12 hour fast is required.
• Cost: $20
• Date: Saturday, April 25 (2009) from 8:00 am to 11:00 am
• **12 hour fast prior to test is necessary for accurate results**
